During the USTA General Assembly, held July 13 in Savannah, Georgia, USTA’s Board of Directors announced several exciting changes for the 2011 season:

New Music for Solo, 2-Baton and 3-Baton

Effective Sept. 1, 2010, the current WBTF International Cup music for Solo, 2-Baton and 3-Baton has been adopted as the official USTA music. Adv. Solo will be performed to the IC Solo music, time 1:48, which is track 10 on the current USTA music CD.  Nov., Beg. and Int. Solo, and all 2 and 3-Baton will be performed to the IC multiple baton music, time 1:30, which is track 11 on the current USTA music CD.

“Not only will this provide a welcome change in the music for these events, it will also make it easier for our athletes to participate in IC events in the future,” said USTA Board Member Lori Perkins.
